Collections & Deliveries

Collections from VYS

Collections are contact free and must be pre arranged, from our SE17 warehouse. Unannounced walk ins may be turned away. We endeavour to have items for collection ready within one working day of a completed sale.


Collections from VYS Sellers

Purchases of large items from VYS Sellers should also be contact free, and by prior arrangement. Once you have completed your purchase, we will confirm the full collection address and put you in contact with the seller to arrange your collection directly. Every listing has the postcode district to identify the items location. Please note that although an items location will invariably be at the same location as the seller, this is may not always be the case. 


Greater London Delivery

We only deliver to the following postcodes when you select 'Small, Medium or Large Item London Delivery' at checkout. Please make sure you have checked that your postcode is included before completing your purchase, as delivery charges are non-refundable.

Central London: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W & WC

Greater London: HA, UB, TW, KT, SM, CR, BR, DA, IG & EN

Please contact us once the sale is complete to arrange delivery. We endeavour to deliver within 7 days of purchase but this will be dependent on the customers availability to receive their item/s.

 

Please note that delivery charges do not include hoisting, the use of platform lifts or the removal of doors or windows for access. Any deliveries that require these services should be flagged at the time that delivery date/time is discussed, and will be subject to additional costs.



Courier Delivery of Small Items

Small items purchased from VYS will be sent out within two working days of completion of sale on a 2-4 day tracked courier service.

Small items purchased from VYS Sellers who have agreed to post directly from their location will be sent out within three working days, on a 2-4 day tracked courier service.
