Help With Buying on VYS
Browse our collections and products, and add anything you like to your basket. Many of our listings are sold directly by us (VYS), but we also have listings from third party sellers, so make sure you note where a seller is situated before committing, as this may affect costs/how you receive your purchase.
If you want to buy from multiple sellers, you might want to consider putting purchases through separately.
Checkout & Delivery Options
When you're ready to pay for your basket, proceed to checkout. Depending on what you're buying and who you're buying from, there will be a few options:
- You can opt to arrange collection from our warehouse or directly from a sellers location at no charge.
- Postage is available for many smaller items, and can be added to your total for immediate payment.
- We can offer delivery to Central and Greater London postcodes for larger items sold directly by VYS (i.e. not from one of our third party sellers, unless stated in the sellers listing). You are also able to add this to your total for immediate payment, but please make sure we deliver to your postcode before completing your sale (please see Collection & Deliveries for more information)
- UK nationwide delivery is available, however we recommend you contact us before you commit to a purchase for an estimate, as we do not offer refunds on sales because of unexpected delivery costs. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
- Postage may also be available for items sold by our third party sellers, however larger items will be collection only. Please ensure you have checked the items location before proceeding with the purchase.
- If you are buying multiple items from multiple sellers we recommend putting through your purchases as separate transactions to ensure postage/delivery is correct.
- If you are buying a large item with several small postable items, they will all be delivered via our large items delivery service (if you have opted for delivery) and therefore there will be no additional postage charges.
Payment can be made via PayPal only, however PayPal do allow credit/debit payments for those without an account.
Factor in Additional Delivery Costs
You might need to factor in additional delivery costs if:
- You live outside of London but can't collect.
- You have bought something from a third party seller, where postage/delivery is not offered at point of sale.
We recommend that you contact VYS to confirm these costs in advance of your purchase. We do not offer refunds if a buyer changes their mind after learning of delivery/postal costs, so please make sure you have understood this and have factored it into your budget.
Returns & Refunds
All listings are sold as seen. We will only consider a refund for a purchase when an item has been incorrectly listed. Every due diligence is taken to ensure every listing is accurate.
Delivery or postage costs are non-refundable.
