Returns & Refunds

All listings are sold as seen.

Many of our listings are vintage, used, second hand, 'seconds' or past season and may show signs of wear and tear and previous use.

We will only consider a refund for a purchase if the item has been incorrectly listed. Every due diligence is taken to ensure every listing is accurate.

Items sent by post are non-refundable unless the listing was incorrect. 

If you accept delivery of a larger item by signing for it upon delivery, you will no longer be eligible for a refund on the basis of it having been listed incorrectly. 

If you purchase a large item, where postage/delivery is not included at check out, you will not be entitled to a refund should subsequent delivery costs exceed your expectations. You must clarify any additional delivery charges and factor them into your budget before committing to a purchase.

Delivery/postage costs are payable by the seller in the event of a valid return on the basis of a mis-sold item.
